You're getting access to a private streaming library run by TeenPact Leadership Schools. The library is called TeenPact+ and it runs on a streaming platform called Gavel, which a separate company (Dangerous Archive Creative Co.) built and owns. You got into the library with an access code — keep it to yourself. The content is for you to watch, not to re-share, download, or rebroadcast. Some of the content is parody — that's intentional and protected. The rest of this document explains the rules in detail.
By entering an access code, viewing content, or otherwise using TeenPact+, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use.
TeenPact+ is operated by TeenPact Leadership Schools, which owns the TeenPact+ name, marks, branding, and all Content (except for third-party material identified as such and the underlying Gavel technology).
The streaming platform that powers TeenPact+ — Gavel — is owned and operated by Dangerous Archive Creative Co. Gavel includes its source code, design, user interface, infrastructure, and all associated proprietary technology. Dangerous Archive licenses Gavel to TeenPact so that TeenPact can deliver TeenPact+.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Gavel to TeenPact, of the TeenPact+ name or Content to Dangerous Archive, or of either to you. Your use of the service does not grant you any right, title, or interest beyond the limited license described in Section 5.
By using TeenPact+, you acknowledge this ownership structure.
4.1 How access works. TeenPact+ does not use traditional user accounts. Access is granted through unique Access Codes issued by TeenPact. We do not require your email, phone number, or other contact information to let you in.
4.2 Your code is yours alone. Each Access Code is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lend, post, or otherwise distribute your code. Treat it like a password.
4.3 Code security. You are responsible for keeping your Access Code confidential. If you believe your code has been compromised, notify TeenPact immediately so it can be revoked and reissued.
4.4 Detection of sharing. We monitor patterns that indicate code sharing (for example, simultaneous use from widely separated locations, an unusual number of devices, or distribution of the code online). TeenPact may revoke a code based on such indicators.
4.5 Revocation. TeenPact may suspend or revoke any Access Code at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected sharing, suspected security compromise, violation of these Terms, or completion of the program window for which the code was issued.
4.6 Eligibility. Access Codes are issued for use by the individuals to whom TeenPact provides them. They are not for the general public.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TeenPact grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view Content on TeenPact+ for your own personal, non-commercial use during the period your Access Code is valid. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree that you will not:
7.1 TeenPact's IP. The TeenPact+ name, logo, branding, and all Content (other than the Gavel technology and any third-party material identified as such) are owned by or licensed to TeenPact.
7.2 Dangerous Archive's IP. Gavel — including its source code, design, user interface elements, infrastructure, and all associated proprietary technology — is owned by Dangerous Archive. The name "Gavel" and any associated marks are owned by Dangerous Archive.
7.3 Third-party IP. Some Content references or evokes third-party trademarks, characters, brands, or works for purposes of parody, satire, commentary, criticism, or education. Those marks and works remain the property of their respective owners. See Section 8.
TeenPact+ includes original works that parody, satirize, or comment on movies, television, advertising, public figures, and popular culture. These works are intended as protected expression under U.S. copyright fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107 and cases including Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, Inc., 510 U.S. 569 (1994)), and as nominative or otherwise non-infringing references to third-party trademarks under the Lanham Act and applicable state law.
These works are:
All third-party names, characters, trademarks, logos, dialogue, music, and other copyrighted material referenced in parody Content remain the property of their respective owners. No claim of ownership or endorsement is made or implied. Where Content depicts or references real individuals, it is done for purposes of commentary, criticism, parody, or satire, and not in a manner intended to harm reputation or violate any right of publicity.
If you believe a particular work goes beyond fair use or otherwise infringes your rights, see Sections 9 and 10.
TeenPact and Dangerous Archive respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
9.1 How to send a notice. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe Content on TeenPact+ infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
9.2 Designated Agent.
DMCA Designated Agent
[Agent name]
[Mailing address]
Email: [email]
Phone: [phone]
The Designated Agent is also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
9.3 Counter-notice. If Content of yours is removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the district where the Designated Agent is located), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
9.4 Misrepresentations. Knowing material misrepresentations in either a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If you believe Content on TeenPact+ infringes a trademark you own, send a notice to the address in Section 9.2 that identifies the mark, the allegedly infringing Content, the basis for your claim, and your contact information. Trademark complaints concerning parody and other commentary will be evaluated against applicable defenses including nominative fair use and noncommercial expressive use.
We will terminate the Access Codes of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances.
TeenPact+ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeenPact and Dangerous Archive disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that Content will always be available, that the service will be free from interruptions or security incidents, that defects will be corrected, or that the service will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) Neither TeenPact, Dangerous Archive, nor their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or TeenPact+, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) The total aggregate liability of TeenPact and Dangerous Archive arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of TeenPact+ will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeenPact, Dangerous Archive, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of TeenPact+ or any Content; (c) your sharing or distribution of your Access Code; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TeenPact+ at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 14 and 16 through 22 survive termination.
TeenPact and Dangerous Archive may add, remove, modify, or discontinue any portion of TeenPact+ or Gavel at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through TeenPact+ or through TeenPact's normal communication channels. Your continued use of TeenPact+ after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or TeenPact+.
Notices to TeenPact may be sent to [contact email] or to [mailing address]. Notices to Dangerous Archive may be sent to [contact email] or to [mailing address]. Notices to you may be delivered through TeenPact+ or through any address or contact channel TeenPact has on file for the recipient of your Access Code.
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or utility failures.

We do not ask for your name, your email, or any contact info to let you watch TeenPact+. You get in with an Access Code. We do automatically log which videos are watched, for how long, and basic technical stuff like device type and IP address, so we can keep the service running, prevent code-sharing, and figure out which content people actually like. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. The rest of this document explains the details.
TeenPact+ is operated by TeenPact Leadership Schools ("TeenPact"). The streaming platform that powers TeenPact+, Gavel, is owned and operated by Dangerous Archive Creative Co. ("Dangerous Archive"). Both organizations process information described below, in their respective roles. For most purposes you should think of TeenPact as the operator of the service and Dangerous Archive as the operator of the underlying infrastructure.
TeenPact+ does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or payment details. Access is granted through an Access Code issued by TeenPact.
When you use TeenPact+, we collect the following information automatically:
Access Code usage
Viewing activity
Aggregate content preferences
Technical data
We do not deliberately collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, financial account information, biometrics, geolocation more precise than the region derived from an IP address, or contents of any communications.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for advertising on third-party platforms. We do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not engage in "cross-context behavioral advertising" or share data with data brokers.
TeenPact+ uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember that you have entered a valid Access Code, to remember your place in a video, and to collect the usage information described in Section 3. You can clear or block cookies through your browser, but doing so may prevent the service from working properly. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no common industry standard for how to do so.
Information collected through TeenPact+ is accessible to:
We retain Access Code usage and viewing data for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and then delete or anonymize it on a rolling basis. Aggregate, anonymized statistics that cannot be tied back to a specific Access Code may be retained indefinitely for historical and programming-development purposes. Server logs are typically retained for a shorter period sufficient for security and troubleshooting.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, restricted access to data, and standard hosting-provider safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your Access Code has been compromised, notify TeenPact at the address in Section 16 so it can be revoked.
If we learn of a security incident that has compromised information in a manner that triggers notification requirements under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required, through reasonable means given that we do not collect direct contact information from users.
TeenPact's programs are designed for high-school-age students and older. TeenPact+ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because TeenPact+ does not require names, email addresses, or other contact information from users, the data collected through the service is limited to the usage information described in Section 3, which is not collected for advertising or profiling.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact TeenPact at the address in Section 16 and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting any such information we can identify.
For users between ages 13 and 17, parents or guardians are encouraged to review these documents alongside the user.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you. Because TeenPact+ does not collect names or contact information, we generally cannot identify a specific person from the data we hold. If you can identify yourself by reference to your Access Code and the time period in which it was used, contact TeenPact at the address in Section 16 and we will respond to verifiable requests to the extent we are able. We will not retaliate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
TeenPact+ is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.
TeenPact+ may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing them with information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through TeenPact+ or through TeenPact's normal channels.
